When an old man befriends a young boy in the Manhattan homeless shelter, he shows the boy a map of a long lost city. The old man explains to this boy that Scum City is located at inner earth and all your wildest dreams could come true. The boy escapes the homeless shelter with the map and eventually finds Scum City. The boy finds the crystal described by the old man and is granted his wildest dreams. Soon the boy finds his destiny is to protect the city from an evil being called Goliath and to protect a young girl.
