The Walking Dead: Dead City is a spin-off series set in the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead franchise. Premiering on AMC in 2023, Dead City follows former enemies Maggie and Negan as they navigate the ruins of Manhattan over a decade after the start of the zombie apocalypse.

With the fall of civilization, Manhattan has been cut off from the mainland, becoming a city of the dead. A flooded metropolis infested by walkers, the island has some semblance of life due to its community of survivors clinging to normalcy in New York City
