This dramatic show takes place in the rural suburb of Grand Rapids, Arizona. A sadist tortured a girl to death by a mask. It's the third fatal rape case in the city this year and residents are scared. A constable of the District Crime Squad named Kent believes the murderer of this string of rape cases is the killer of his girlfriend, he wants to help in the investigation. The police can't find any connection between the three deceased girls, the modus operandi was also different in each case. When the fourth case occurred, the media pressured the government to stop the killer. A salesgirl named Coco found that all of the victims lived alone. Coco is the next target, and is successful in fleeing from him.
