Watch Unthinkable: An Airline Captain's Story

This is a dramatic crime movie based on true events. Marshall Phillips was an experienced jet pilot who was found dead in his home. He, his two children, and the family dog were all shot once through the head. The local Sheriff’s department filed it as a murder-suicide case, and cited his pending divorce as the cause. A local reporter does not buy that story and looks further into the case.

The reporter finds that Phillips had previously been a pilot for the CIA. There was also a missing photograph that government agents had been seeking. This is the story of the reporter’s hunt for the real facts.
