Watch The Phantom Shot

(1947) John Stuart, Olga Lindo, Howard Marion-Drawford, Louise Lord. A country gentleman, widely hated by the people he knows, is murdered. This British thriller is very interesting in that the inspector investigating the case actually invites the audience to figure out who the killer is. He takes the viewer through his thoughts about whom the murderer may be and what motives they may have had as he quizzes all concerned. Good fun. 16mm.
