Watch The Corpse of Anna Fritz

Pau is an orderly at a hospital. This job that gives him the opportunity to indulge in his weird vice of looking at the bodies of young women that are brought to the hospital's morgue. During his shift one day, he is stunned when the body of a beautiful actress, Anna Fritz, arrives. Pau cannot resist the temptation to take a picture and sends it to his friends, Ivan, who quickly comes to the morgue to see Anna's body. Around the same time another friend of Pau, Javi, comes to the morgue to see as well. Ivan soon decides to have sex with Anna's corpse and begins raping it. This prompts Pau to suggest that he go after Ivan. However, during the necrophilia Anna suddenly comes back to life and opens her eyes. This completely terrifies Pau. The three are then faced with a dilemma. They can either report Anna's revival and face rape charges, or they can murder her in attempt to cover up their crime. Pau and Ivan both want to hide their crime, but Javi pushes for them to save Anna and to deal with the punishment for what they've done.
