Watch Paul's Case

This American drama film debuted in 1980. It is set in 19th century Pittsburgh and is about a young man named Paul who dreams of escaping his poverty stricken life. He seizes the opportunity by stealing a significant sum of money and relocates to New York City. In New York, Paul makes a name for himself and becomes a respected gentleman. The film is based upon a story written by Willa Cather.
