The film Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud is a French romantic drama that surrounds the life of Nelly, a hard working woman with a deadbeat husband. Nelly's husband no longer works and she is forced to find new ways to get the money to pay off the debt. A man walks into her life named Mr. Arnaud, who gives her the money to set her life straight. Nelly takes the money but feels obligated to pay back Mr. Arnaud, so then she starts to spend a lot of time with him and learn about his life and herself as well as she becomes a stronger women.
