A high target criminal nick named the Mouse is captured after a 15 year search. He is sentenced to Execution by lethal injection and is set to transfer to Anoka State Penitentiary. On the way to the prison he stabs the driver of the SUV and the vehicle flips off the road killing the drivers. Detectives and Police are soon on the scene and a search is put up to find this man. After many days of searching, no body is found. The city of Pax Valley believes the Mouse is dead. Meanwhile the boys, Sam, Kyle, and Ryley have a problem of there own. Kyles girlfriend is missing and they need to go back into the building that they almost died in before. Is the Mouse dead or is he cooking up a new plan!!!
