Watch Honey for Oshun

In the movie Honey for Oshun director Humberti Solas paints the picture of a Cuban exile that is trying to discover his heritage. He is totally disconnected from a life in Cuba because he fled to America with his dad. The movie shows the main character as an adult that is in search of a mother that he never really knew. His character grew up solely with his father, and now he wants answers about the disconnect with his mother. He wants to know why - after so many years - she never made her way to the United States.
