This motion picture tells the tale of a very powerful man that has become quite disturbed by a trend that has seemingly plagued the entire world. The film describes the ambitions of the almighty leader of South Korea. He has become very angry at the growing trend of pop stars and musicians becoming powerful political figures not because of their political resume, but rather because of their star power. Finally wanting to put an end to this trend, the leader employs his Chief of Staff to go on a long journey, arresting all famous pop singers and making the song style itself, illegal.
